Set up email notifications to stay informed about incoming feedback by subscribing as many email inboxes as you need.

Configuring email notifications

Inside the Wiredash Console, navigate to Settings > Integrations. Then click Subscribe new email.

In the dialog, enter the email address you want to subscribe. This can be your personal email or a shared support/helpdesk inbox. After entering the email, click Subscribe.

To prevent spam, you’ll need to verify your email after subscribing. Check your inbox for the verification email and click the link inside it to confirm your address. You won’t receive any notifications until the email is verified. Please make sure to check your spam folder too.

Receiving feedback

After you've verified your email, you should start receiving all incoming feedback (including screenshots and attachments) via email 📬
